The Sharp Jar

I think this is the best way to have sharp objects ready at your finger tips without having the occasional prick or slice.

When the new oven wrack came wrapped in one sided corrugated  cardboard, I was delighted. A chance to make another sharp jar. Simply cut the cardboard in strips and make a roll. Stuff the role in a jar. And there you have it, a safe place to needles knives and all manner of pointy, sharp things.

The new undecorated jar is  in the foreground. The one in the background is decorated with old barrettes that were retired before they were sold. - And who doesn't like to decorate their tools.
